Many months have gone by since I posted the last blog and now our container is full and ready to ship. The hurricanes did so much damage to the orphanage and destroyed much of the contents inside the building.
In the container we have 71 twin beds, 20 tables, 80 chairs, 2 refrigerators, 1 stove, 1 cooktop, 1 wall oven, kitchen cabinets, 1 computer, many doors and windows, food, clothes, dishes, toiletries, and some toys.
We are in great need now of diapers, baby food, formula, sanitary pads for the 40 teenage girls, shoes and clothes of all sizes, musical instruments for their band, school supplies, and back packs.
We are signed up with Amazon.com on their wish list and can supply a tax receipt for any donations.
